More Pictures

Now that I have a few...very few, minutes to spare I'll add a few more pictures from camping. I really like the one of Josh on the top of Bluff, what a place to feel inspired. Lennon has beach bum written all over her.

After coming down the lake on Wednesday, Josh took Colton to Albany to see Eric Burdon and the Animals...boys on the search for good music...they had a blast.

Dear Lennon, Colton, Holly and Joshua, It's great seeing your family fun up the lake. (If this is the second comment about the same as the first which didn't appear to go thru until AFTER I registered, please understand.) Anyway, congratulations Colton on catching all those fish. It's so exciting to feel the tugs and jerks on the line, and pull up a fish. I caught my first fish on Lower Saranac. I think it was a sunfish. What kind did you catch? Did you eat them? Yellow perch are delicious. -- The photo of Joshua playing guitar atop the bluff is really beautiful with the lake far below. -- As for Lennon's popsicle video, nothing could be cuter. Thanks Holly for sharing all this. Am so glad to see a photo of you too. Yes, Colton you got a wonderful picture of your mother and sister! -- Good luck with the blueberry picking. For several years in a row when our family spent summers in Saranac, I picked enough for one pie. It was probably easier without "help". Two good spots were Middle Saranac beach, walking far up to the opposite end of the entrance. Another was the sand pit on Pontiac St. Go past Tom and Susan's, turn right at the bottom of the hill and look on the right. Maybe the sandpit has somebody's house on it by now, or is completely covered with woods and bushes. It would be fun to know.
Lots of love to you all,
Kathy (hope this goes thru. Holly I did have to register)
